As a result we have simplified the job, empowered all staff to be multi-disaplined, self-sufficient and be able to run the day-to-day business. All staff have 95%+ Customer Service Rating and we were awarded a coveted 5 Star Rating. We’ve achieved highest sales and profit each and every month.

Founded Skiplex Indoor Ski Centres with Mark Strachan. Provided initial seed capital and helped recruit industry experts including Peter Hinde and Chemmy Alcott and assisted in building strong board and fellow investors. Support CEO & Chairman Patrick Taylor on Strategy, tactical and day-to-day business, sharing best practices and “hands-on” experiences gained from running the Indoor Ski Centre Dublin with local Teams.
Having tested 3 different business models across our centres and having developed a powerful bespoke CRM, management and on-line booking system, Skiplex are ready to scale-up.  Patrick Taylor recently bought out existing shareholders and I remain as a shareholder in the new company.
